YES I KAHN organized in the week of the ECVIM-CA congress in Gothenburg (1-3 Sept 2022) a couple of events for Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health.
Prior to the congresss, an internal meeting for Pet Global Therapeutics, gathering 47 participants from 15 countries, a pre-congress symposium “The value of early diagnosis and management” co-sponsored Boehringer Ingelheim & IDEXX, featuring Prof Jonathan Elliott, RVC (UK) – Prof Adrian Boswood, RVC (UK) – Prof Duncan Lascelles, NCSU (US) – Prof Dr Stijn Niessen (NL) – a breakfast session with Anna Tidholm and Pierre Fouleix, the ISCAID award for the best oral presentation remitted to Marina Dominges by Prof Kathrin Hartmann & Dr Philippe Tronel, and of course a large booth.
Particularities of the booth this year, almost paper-free thanks to QR codes giving access to the whole relevant literature, screens throughout the booth. Highlights, an extremely successful coffee truck (thank you @Gilbert “Gibbe” Gustafsson) and a selfie wall with the option for the visitors to select between 2 associations to which Boehringer Ingelheim will donate €3 per vote – Red Cross in Ukraine & warpaws.org (helping animals in hostile environments and areas of civil conflict).
Excellent congress organization as usual, this 1st edition after the pandemic welcomed 1058 delegates in Gothenburg, from 45 countries!
